Our puppy wellness program allows you to provide the best veterinary care for your puppy at considerable savings.  Depending on the age of your puppy at your first visit, you may enroll in either the 4-Visit or 3-Visit Puppy Wellness Program.  Upon enrollment, you will pay a flat fee at each visit depending on the plan selected and will receive a spay/neuter certificate at your puppy's last wellness visit to redeem your included spay or neuter surgery.

*Core vaccines include DAP (Distemper, Adenovirus, & Parainfluenza), Leptospirosis, Intranasal Parainfluenza/Bordetella, K9 Influenza vaccine and Rabies.  Lyme vaccine is not included in core vaccines.

*Spay or Neuter Surgery includes Basic Spay or Neuter, IV catheter, antibiotic injection, pain injection and pain medication after surgery.  Your pet's Home Again microchip will be placed during the surgery.

Pre-anesthetic bloodwork is not included in the spay or neuter surgery.  If your pet is in heat or has retained testicles, there will be an additional fee of $65.00.

Your pet's spay or neuter must be performed between the age of 4-7 months, unless the doctor has stated a medical reason for waiting.

The puppy wellness program does not cover exams if your puppy is sick.  If we are not able to vaccinate your puppy due to an illness, you will be charged a sick visit exam and we will schedule a wellness appointment for your puppy's vaccinations.

There is no enrollment fee for our plan and the plan can be cancelled at any time.  If you choose to cancel your plan, all services will be billed at regular prices.
